I made this for a church potluck & got rave reviews about it. I also made it using SF Chocolate pudding w/ SF oreos & SF lemon pudding w/ SF lemon filled cookies. My husband & daughter loved it. My husband & I are trying to think of other things to use for the topping. Planning on putting it in the church cookbook.

I brought this to my employees at work for a winter BBQ, it was a big hit & we added reduced fat oreos instead of crushed candy bars, we renamed it dirty snow cake, AWESOME!

Love this recipe! I actually got it from my sister-in-law last year.. We make it a lot if we're having get togethers or need to take a dessert somewhere. Definitely a giult-free dessert. I love all the variations!

This recipe is simple to make and sure rewards any sweet toooth. I added chocolate pudding to angel food mix and used milk. Then I followed the remainder of the recipe. Instead of butterfingers, I used milk chocolate toffee bits. Excellent !! I will definitely make this again for company.

This looks good and I hope to make it soon but I have a question. Does the phrase "frozen fat-free whipped topping" necessarily mean Cool Whip? I have friends who do not like Cool Whip so have been wondering if someone can suggest an alternative. Thanks.

OK, I made this three times now. I did the original recipe and it does get tastier if it sits a day or so. The second time I used cheescake pudding and strawberries, everyone loved it. Today I made it with the original recipe and crushed Oreos instead of the candy bars. Can't wait to try chocolate, lemon, and butterscotch puddings soon.I love all the different ways you can make this and thanks to everyone for their input of changing it. Yummy!

Doesn't even need the butterfinger, necessarily. Serve over banana slices and sprinkle on a little cocoa, yummm.
