I'm very lucky to have a huge amount of rhubarb and not even a half mile from me, a farm that has acres of strawberries where I can pick them as I need them! The recipe is a great favorite of my family- make it often in the Spring! very refreshing

Strawberry rhubarb crunch is a recipe my family simply loves. It's so easy to make and so delicious, we make it whenever we have all the ingredients. It's a keeper and going in my recipe box.

Very easy to make. I used Splenda instead of regular sugar. It turned out great! Nice summer treat.
