Our Test Kitchen wiped out almost 100 calories and half the fat from Carla's original recipe, while salvaging its signature nacho chip topping and hearty beefy filling and incorporating a generous amount of veggies. You'll love it! Carla Weeks - Independence, IA

We just finished eating this, and everyone liked it. It is going into my recipe rotation, for sure! I recipe is great as is, but you can also make variations easily with whatever you have in your pantry. I actually added a can of chopped green chilies, and greek yogurt instead of sour cream...I even thought about calling corn (and probably will next time).

Super easy to make and delicious. The crescent rolls totally make the dish.

It is delicious! My very picky husband and two year old couldn't get enough.

All my kids, who are very picky eaters, loved this dish! I had many compliments, so I will definitely be making this again since it is hard to find something that everyone likes.

We LOVE this recipe! I add the sour cream at the end though - something about baking sour cream doesn't sound appetizing to me. Makes great leftovers too!

We loved it! I added mushrooms to the top before baking, and avocados with the lettuce and tomato after baking. I left off the sour cream because my husband doesn't like it, but it would be great with it as well.

Great! My whole family asked for seconds! I used almost 2 envelopes of seasoning (we like the spice) and it still wasn't that spicy! Yum!
