I've always really enjoyed the full fat version of this pie. I was so excited to bake this slimmed down version and find that it really is just as delectable as the original! YUM!

I loveto bake and EAT pies. Cakes are good but pie is so much bettet. Anything with pecans, apples and brown sugar catches my eye, so I had to try this and it is wonderful, thanks for all your recipes, the pictures make you want to try them, I enjoy your books so very much.

I had alot of apples and wanted to try something different, so I found this recipe on TOH. OMG it was great! Only one I will use in the future! I am also trying to lose weight, and I didn't feel guilty eating a slice either!
