Make-Ahead Eggnog Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • French vanilla whipped topping, optional

Directions

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve in mugs; dollop with whipped topping if desired. Yield: 9 servings (3/4 cup each).

Nutritional Facts 3/4 cup (calculated without whipped topping) equals 174 calories, 5 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 16 mg cholesterol, 121 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 8 g protein.
