I have made this salad many times. Everyone really likes it. I have added pineapple tidbits, chopped apples, or fresh peas at times.

Good recipe, but added a little caraway and used peas instead of cucumber.

Yum! Love this recipe. This will be my go-to side dish for family get togethers/potlucks. Love the noodles, gives it such a good texture. I cut the recipe in half.

The BEST salad ever. People who don't like Coleslaw liked this one. I did not use water chestnuts, and substituted Splenda for the sugar. Delicious.

I made this to bring to a party. I may have to make it again so I have enough to bring! I cut the sugar, used mayonnaise and a 16 oz. bag of coleslaw. Delicious.
