Deb - Have you tried using full-fat yogurt in place of all that whipping cream? Just wondering if that would work. I would choke on so much fat in one dish.

I've been making this dip for YEARS and never tire of it (nor do my guests because they always request it).

it was ok---too many ingredients!! i make a similar dip with just 1)8-oz whipped cream cheese and 1)7-oz jar of marshmallow cream, just whip together, refrigerate an hour. the dip can also be made with many other flavors of your liking or your guests liking--just add to the dip

Cant believe i ate the whole thing. I started just dipping my melon, plum, apple and nectarine slices in it, then i went for the strawberries, then i trew in a handfull of blueberries, and then it was all gone. Had a slight stomach ache from eating too much, but it was worth every bite:)

I made this dip for a summer cocktail party and it was a hit! It's a great accompaniment for fresh, summer fruit and is a far less guilty pleasure than many other summer indulgences. I even had a few guests take a spoonful or two of the dip and eat it by itself. It refrigerates well and is just as good the second day if you have leftovers or need to make it early. Try this recipe - you won't be disappointed!
