Low-Fat Pistachio Fluff Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 5 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: 1/2 cup equals 75 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 280 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat-free milk.
