I have made this several times and with no crust it works for people who are watching calories.

This is a great recipe. I have made this for several years. It can be done with all egg whites or 1/2 cup of egg beaters. The best sugar substitute is the granulated Splenda that is made for baking--not the little packets. It is sold in the baking isle.

I made this low calorie pumpkin pie for me and my husband so many times and it takes all the guilt away and tastes just as great as the traditional pumpkin pie.

Very good recipe and low calorie. Can't tell it is a low calorie pie. This will be my pumpkin pie recipe to use for all occasions.

What kind of sugar substitute should I use? Equal or Splenda or Sweet-n-Low? Thanks for the reviews, I'm looking forward to trying this.

I have a similiar recipe, however mine call for graham cracker crumbs in place of the baking mix. I happen to like the crumbs better htan the baking mix, however using the baking mix is easier

This pumpkin mousse was so creamy and delightful. I loved the spices, although I added a bit more cinnamon. Overall very delicious.

Instead of putting in a pie pan I made cupcakes out of them. I took them to work and everyone LOVED them.

Very Easy to make and the good taste was still there. This really helps when you need to cut back on the carbs.

This is the original "impossible pie" series that Bisquick put out over 30 years ago. Still tastes great - even without the sugar!

I appreciate your need to fool the co-workers but PLEASE don't serve food created with faux sweeteners without signage or telling people. MANY people are sorely allergic to both aspartame as well as sucralose. There's a lady in my own office that will sometimes partake of a goodie only to realize later, too late, that it has asparatame in it. It affects her - and not well. Same with the sucralose, some people, and my husband is one of them will get SEVERE gastic pains from just a little sucralose. So please use signage, or tell people before they eat.
