When I married David in a rural spot, my parents surprised me with a beautiful white carriage to take us to the ceremony. What didn't surprise me was how delicious all the food was since my mother prepared everything, including this pretty pastel punch.

Everyone at my daughter's 1st birthday party loved it! Our punch bowl from $tree would only hold 20 cups so I used 2 bowls and scooped 2 quarts of sherbet into each bowl the night before and covered them and put them in the freezer. Then we did 1 can of juice and filled with ginger ale and kept adding ginger ale as people drank more to dilute the mass amount of sherbet. Super easy and my new go-to recipe! We used 4 liters of ginger ale for 1 batch of this punch.

This is one of favorite at the kids' Christmas party at the office when the employees bring their children to visit Santa. It is very easy to make and quick to do!
