Lime Paradise Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • In two rocks glasses, muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar. Add ice; pour in water. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 cup equals 62 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 4 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 starch.
