Ingredients

1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

1-1/4 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
2 hoagie buns, split
6 slices (3/4 ounce each) deli turkey
2 slices (1 ounce each) provolone cheese
4 slices tomato
2 lettuce leaves

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, sugar and vinegar. Evenly spread over cut side of buns. On bun bottoms, layer with turkey, provolone, tomato and lettuce; replace bun tops. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: 1 sandwich equals 584 calories, 35 g fat (10 g saturated fat), 58 mg cholesterol, 1,415 mg sodium, 41 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 28 g protein.

I hate to waste the heel from a loaf of bread or a few leftover hot dog or hamburger buns. So I cube them into a bowl, spray them with nonstick cooking spray and season with garlic powder, parsley and basil or oregano.
