Enjoy this fun dip with crackers or veggies or on your favorite sandwich or burger. To make it smoother, add a bit more olive oil. If you prefer a more rustic texture, decrease the oil a little. —Kimberly Grusendorf, Medina, Ohio

Added a bit less garlic/lime juice and a bit more olive oil as per previous reviewers. So delicious! Fun to make your own cuz bought can be quite expensive.

Very tasty. Cut the recipe in half for hubby and myself. Substituted chili powder for cayenne. Great sandwich filling!

Following the advice of others who have rated this recipe, I used 1/3 cup lime juice and 3 cloves garlic. It was excellent!

k,first of all it's hard for me to pass a recipe with the word CILANTRO in the title..love the stuff...i've made this twice..it's awesome...the second time i tweaked a little..i felt the lime and garlic were a little too strong,so i used 3 cloves instead of 4 and 1/3 cup lime instead of 1/2..added just a dash of regular salt...i loved it!..oh ya! and i haven't had cayenne on hand,so don't know what it tastes like with that..but at any rate...i will continue to make this..soooo good

My new go to recipie for an appetizer! I used 1 bunch of cilantro and lemon zest instead of lime zest. Prepared in a blender. Wonderful recipie!

The lime taste was too strong so changed it to 1/4 c and added more water then I added jalapeno to the recipe to spice it up. My kids loved it!

We found the texture and flavor to be surprisingly good. Good with vegetables and especially sesame crackers.

I think the amount of lime juice must in error. A 1/2 cup is far too much for this recipe. I love lime, but it is overpowering in here - I made it for a football party and no one really cared for it. I definitely won't make it again.
