Lou Wright’s luscious strawberry dessert is a pretty after-supper sweet. “People rave about this pie,” she says from Rockford, Illinois. And best of all, it’s a low-sugar sensation that you won’t feel one bit guilty to eat.

The recipe was simple to make and was quite delicious. Being "light" was an added plus. Went out and bought the ingredients again and plan to make it at least one more time this summer!

Found this recipe a while ago in a magazine I got at a library sale. I had forgotten about it until I found this again and started craving it right away. It is a wonderful combination of sweetness and tang! :)

I made it the other day as directed and liked it...I wanted to try it again only without it being sugar free...and was even better!!! I bought a regular cook and serve pudding to make it but accidently used an instant one instead : / Thankfully it still set up nicely, (better than I thought it would). Either way... sugar free or not, this is a wonderful dessert!!!

I'm diabetic so I was thrilled to find such a delish dessert! Next time, I'll use pretty ripe strawberries (they should slice and make it easier to cut the pie into slices) and will toast the crust first for more taste. I'd also like to try a chocolate crust. Wonder how it would work with frozen strawberries when the fresh ones aren't in season. Or any frozen fruit, for that matter.

So delish - great way to use fresh strawberries and not have to turn on the oven in this heat!

Made this instead of a cake for my birthday. My usually very picky kids loved this pie! It was easy and fun to make and even better to eat

I thought it was awesome! To save calories, I crushed up a few graham crackers , sprinkled them in the bottom of a pie plate and sprayed them with butter flavored spray. It came to one WW points plus for 1/6 of the pie. Delicious and refreshing.

I made this pie and it is delicious. My husband is a diabetic so that made it even better being low in sugar. Will definately make it soon again
