Easy to make on a hot summer day. Delightful dessert to enjoy at sunset with friends. Everyone loved it.

This was a good dessert for a family dinner. I used regular pudding and jello since I can't have artificial sweeteners. I tried slicing the strawberries with my egg slicer and two of the wires broke on the first one. I guess maybe the berries were a little too hard, but I won't be trying that again.

Easy and good. I sliced the strawberies with my egg slicer

Easy to make with great taste! I made a home made crust, and did use more berries. The pie was a hit with my family. This recipe is a keeper.

I feel really stupid! I went to buy the ingredients to make this yesterday and the vanilla pudding mix was 4.6 oz. & the gelatin .60 oz. Can anyone help me figure out what to buy!

I used to make this for my family every summer, but I lost the recipe when I was redoing my kitchen. I am so happy to have it again. I i will make it as a treat this week!

AWESOME!!! My husband and I LOVE this pie, best low calorie dessert I have ever found. It is super easy and quick to make and tastes fantastic. I have made three in the last 10 days. I eat it every night after dinner as a treat, and it feels like I am cheating on my diet, but I am not. I wish I could find more recipes like this to help me . . . have lost 60 lbs in 10 months.

The recipe was simple to make and was quite delicious. Being "light" was an added plus. Went out and bought the ingredients again and plan to make it at least one more time this summer!

Found this recipe a while ago in a magazine I got at a library sale. I had forgotten about it until I found this again and started craving it right away. It is a wonderful combination of sweetness and tang! :)

I made it the other day as directed and liked it...I wanted to try it again only without it being sugar free...and was even better!!! I bought a regular cook and serve pudding to make it but accidently used an instant one instead : / Thankfully it still set up nicely, (better than I thought it would). Either way... sugar free or not, this is a wonderful dessert!!!

I'm diabetic so I was thrilled to find such a delish dessert! Next time, I'll use pretty ripe strawberries (they should slice and make it easier to cut the pie into slices) and will toast the crust first for more taste. I'd also like to try a chocolate crust. Wonder how it would work with frozen strawberries when the fresh ones aren't in season. Or any frozen fruit, for that matter.

So delish - great way to use fresh strawberries and not have to turn on the oven in this heat!

Made this instead of a cake for my birthday. My usually very picky kids loved this pie! It was easy and fun to make and even better to eat

I thought it was awesome! To save calories, I crushed up a few graham crackers , sprinkled them in the bottom of a pie plate and sprayed them with butter flavored spray. It came to one WW points plus for 1/6 of the pie. Delicious and refreshing.

This was great. Like another rater, I used a 20 oz. pineapple because that's what I had. I could not find the size of pudding recommended, so I used the large one, I think it was 6 oz. The pie is so easy to make and was delicious. I have made two of them within four days!

Light and delicious! The only change I made was to use a regular graham-cracker crust - the reduced fat ones don't hold up.

Delicious. Made this for 4th of July. Both my husband and son commented that they like it. I couldn't find the sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding at three different grocery stores so I had to use the regular cook and serve. That was a little disappointing but it was still very good.

I have a question, can you make it with instant pudding??
I don't think you'd get the same result, instant pudding doesn't set as well as cook & serve.

This was great! Very easy to make and it tastes wonderful! It's very refreshing I really like how there are no added sugars (except for the crust, of course). One thing to note though... Make sure that you slice the strawberries pretty small, otherwise (because it gels together when chilled) you'll end up with half the piece of pie on your fork!
