Light Cabbage Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 2 medium dill pickles, chopped
  • 3/4 to 1 cup light Italian salad dressing

Directions

  • In a large bowl, toss first five ingredients. Add enough salad dressing to moisten. Yield: 12 servings.

Nutritional Information: One serving equals 25 calories, 261 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol, 5 gm carbohydrate, 1 gm protein, 1 gm fat.
