Lettuce with Buttermilk Dressing for 2 Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 cups torn leaf lettuce

Directions

  • In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar until blended. Serve over lettuce. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: 1 serving (prepared with fat-free mayonnaise and sugar substitute) equals 20 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 1 mg cholesterol, 56 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.
