I would make this again and have - the last two Thanksgivings. It is excellent with the slight lemon flavor peeking through each slice.

Oh, WOW! Made this recipe for Thanksgiving this year and everyone just raved. The flavors of the lemon, garlic, onion and fresh herbs really come through - I wasn't sure they would. This recipe went right into the 'family favorites' file!!!
