Made this for Thanksgiving dinner on my husband's side. Everyone loved it. Whenever I try a new recipe and they tell me they like/love it I always ask ,"Is it worth making again?" They all said "YES"

This is soooo yummy and fast to put together!! I use the Lemonade Girl Scout Cookies and get raves! I have made this several times to take to pot-lucks and always come home with an empty bowl and request for the recipe

Very easy and yummy! True story: I brought this to a school potluck. A few days later in the parking lot, a man stopped me and asked if I was the mother who brought the lemon dessert. he said he LOVED it and had been trying to find the maker, so he could get the recipe too! Quite the impression!

A wonderful dessert for any occasion. Instead of mixing the Cool Whip in with the pudding mixture, I used it as a seperate layer - a layer of cookies, a layer of pudding mixture and a layer of cool whip. The three layers looked great in a trifle dish and still tasted great.

This recipe can be made for any occasion, it is so easy to make and not a heavy or sweet dessert so people are usually glad they tried it and go back for that 2nd helping.

Very easy and tasty dessert. It was a bit watery the next day, it could be from the regular lemon pudding (didn't have instant). Maybe I didn't cool it enough before adding to the other ingredients.

This was so delicious! I recommend making it a day in advance, so the cookies aren't crunchy. :D

The presentation made it look elaborate, but the preparation wasn't. And it tasted great. I made it for Easter. Next I'm making it for an anniversary celebration.

It was excellent. Very refreshing especially on those HOT summer days! If you are nervous about it being too lemony, I made it with 1/2 lemon cookies & 1/2 White Oreos.

This sounds great and I don't know anyone who doesn't like lemon. Could you please post the recipe? Thanks!

I made this trifle for an office party. Based on other comments, I also made it with two packs of cookies. I cannot find lemon cookies here, so I substituted vanilla cookeis and it turned out great.

Great! Made this for Mother's Day. I only got one serving, and then my aunt and sis-in-law polished it off. It would be a great dessert for a (fried) seafood meal, too!

Love it!! Big hit at my office as well. Everyone wants the recipe. I make it with two packages of cookies instead of one though.

My sister made this for a family dinner. I'm not a huge fan of lemon, but this is awesome. It was so delicious & creamy. We will definitely have it again & again!

Easy and refreshing to make. Made on a Saturday and cookies were soft, not soggy on Monday, still edible.

This was a light creamy delight. I would definately make again. Only issue is if it sets the cookies get very soggy. I would recommend eating within 2 hour of making. That will give it time to cool but not get too soft.
