My family loved it . I didn't add the peppers because my son doesn't eat them but there were no left overs .

My husband and I enjoyed this alot! I didn't change a thing! What a great recipe-thank you! I did use regular chicken broth, not reduced sodium and it was great! I did use the optional hot sauce-Tabasco. The lemon compliments the spinach and the other ingredients so well!
