After receiving a request for a special turtle cheesecake and not finding a good recipe, I created my own. Everyone is thrilled with the results and this cheesecake remains a favorite at the coffee shop where I work. —Sue Gronholz, Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

I have made this 2x times now. First time, everyone raved about how amazing it was. I wanted to make it for a BBQ shortly after, but I didn't want such a big one. I cut the recipe in half and made it in a glass round bowl that was about half the size. Lined it all with a double layer of foil. It turned out absolutely perfect. It is a lot of steps and detailed, but I promise the results are well worth it!

Made this for Father's Day for my husband who loves all things turtle. It was amazing!! My other family and friends don't know how lucky they are that I will be making this in the future for other special occassions. It's a bit time consuming and has to be made a day ahead, but 100% worth the the effort!
