1 package (18-1/4 ounces) chocolate cake mix 1 cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, nuts, oil and egg until crumbly. Set aside 1-1/2 cups for topping. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. In a saucepan, combine milk, chocolate chips and salt. Cook and stir over low heat
