Kiwi Dessert Squares

2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup cold butter, cubed CITRUS GLAZE: 6 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/2 cup cold water 1/4 teaspoon orange extract TOPPING: 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup sugar 1-1/2 teaspoons orange extract 4 kiwifruit, peeled 14 fresh strawberries, halved
In a large bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. a 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 16-19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
