This is a recipe born out of desperation. One day I couldn't think of anything to serve the kids for lunch. Rummaging through the fridge, I came across some simple ingredients and prepared individual pizzas. —Polly Coumos, Mogadore, Ohio

An even quicker and easier pizza is made with flour tortillas. Spread pizza sauce on tortillas, sprinkle with mozarella cheese and desired topping. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. Even my two year old grandson can help make these!

Here's a really simple (and very cheap!) pizza sauce recipe that I use with my preschool class. Stir 1 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp. chili powder into 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.

I am a preschool teacher and this is a great recipe for a cooking lesson.

Thanks a punch!

I own a daycare and we make this twice a month for the children. However, we have simplified it somewhat by using hamburger buns or english muffins. We then top it with Ragu Pizza Sauce, pepperoni slices, and grated cheese. Broil until edges are brown and crispy. The kids love it~!

We have made these for the grandkids for years. I am all for the easiest way. I keep a jar of pizza sauce on hand. Adding a pepperoni, bits of hamburger, bacon, adds to the fun of making these together.

This is a great idea. I even added pepperoni to my kid's pizza. Had them make your own pizza night with movies.
