- rack for 10 minutes. Loosen edges of cheesecake from pan with a
- knife. Cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
- Remove rim from pan. Top cheesecake with halved olives and rosemary
- sprigs if desired. Yield: 24 servings.
