This is a great recipe. I took the advice and used the onion soup mix instead of onion. It really helped with the flavor. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned stewed tomatoes and add a little more tomato sauce. Will make this again.

This is a great recipe! I do a lot of canning so I add my canned stew tomatoes and homemade tomato sauce I also add squash and fresh mushrooms! OMG my family love it!! And of course, the pork was processed!

Tasty and quick. I shredded the zucchini to make it less noticeable to my children. I didn't go with the onion soup as others suggested as it would make this less nutritious my driving the sodium content way up.

I took advantage of the suggestions and added half of a package of the onion soup mix. It was very good! Loaded with flavor. I didn't have zucchini on hand so I just left it out but didn't miss it. Will add it next time though. Thanks for the recipe!

This was quite tasty and very easy. My husband really liked it a lot. I like the idea of using onion soup mix in place of the onions.

I make this recipe regularly, but add 1/2 package of onion soup mix in place of the onions. You won't believe the difference in taste. It takes it from a good recipe to a great one.
