Good and easy! The store didn't have zucchini so we had a side salad instead.

This was very good and I will make it again. I did substitue the tomato sauce with one that had basil, garlic and oregano and used two 8 oz cans.

I only changed one thing - added Cajun seasoning instead of the Italian seasoning. Delicious! :)

Saved recipe, first thing! After reading through the recipe and reviews, sounds wonderful. My husband is a dairyman, so I consider it a must to provide very nutritious meals. This fits the bill, for sure.

I loved this along with my Mother and Stepfather. My Stepfather Is a diabetic and Both my parents hate zucchini And tomatos but they loved this. They keep insisting that I make it again. Even though I've made it 4 times since then. I sincerely Believe you the viewer to try this and Its Healthy and works with any diet. If you dont like pork it can work with different meats also tofu.

This need something to give it more flavor. I added some Garlic salt and onion powder and that helped a bit. You can easily cook the whole pound of pasta, there was plenty of sauce for all of it.
