I've been told by fellow party-goers that this recipe tastes exactly like a jalapeno popper. I like that it can be made without much fuss. —Ariane McAlpine, Penticton, British Columbia

I took this to work and half of it was gone in the first 20 minutes..breakfast time! the rest of it was gone shortly after...

While I don't typically enjoy jalapenos, this dip is simply delicious. I skipped the panko and kept it warm in a small crockpot.

A hit with all! I used Monterey pepper jack and omitted the jalapeños (only cause I didn't have them on hand) and it was delicious!

OMG!!!! This was soooo delicious! I love jalapeno poppers but have not been very successful at making them. The stuffing never seems to stay where I put it. After making this dip, I'll never try to stuff another jalapeno again. This is so much easier! Yummmy :)

I made this for a birthday celebration. Everyone raved about it, and my adult children declared it a "keeper". Absolutely delicious!
