Throw these on the grill with a few wood chips to give them a smoky flavor. It puts the flavor right over the top. You can't make enough.

Where in this receipe does it call for Tony's Chachere's spice

SOrry. It's the Tony Chachere's More Spioe Blend. But our regular grocery store doesn't carry it. We find it at Academy Sports in their camping section
DH makes these only he uses onion and chive flavored cream cheese. Then, he'll sprinkle Tony's Casseri(sp?) on top.
