What a great idea! My granddaughter loved them. Since it lists only almonds and cloves for face-decorating, I'd say the teeth are made from almonds.

These were easy to make and a huge hit! I think they are so clever and cute. I'd like to know what was used for the teeth on the one pumpkin. I cut the tip off candy corn and kind of mushed them in the opening.

I found a recipe simalor to this in a comic book when I was first married (50) yrs ago. we hollowed out the orange, use the pulp to make jello and use little birthday candles I cut them in half too, put inside of oorange jack-o-lanterns and then display on outdoor ledge we had a planter around the front enterway Makes a really fun display. been doing it till last year. you have to hunt for Oranges that ore Orange. and sometimes that if hard. kC
