These jack-o'-lanterns may look spooky on the outside, but inside is a creamy, sweet treat. The classic flavor of pumpkin pie spice will have all your ghosts and goblins screaming for more! Karalee Helminak, South Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I made them for halloween for work and everybody really liked them, today I am making them for a church meeting without the faces.

Here are some tips for making these a success. You have to use real butter, no margarine. Also take the butter and water off the heat immediately when it starts boiling, if too much of the liquid evaporates they will go flat. These were excellent and I am making them again for a fall baby shower!

I made these for a Halloween party! They turned out great! The pumpkin spice flavor was an excellent addition. I had a hard time putting the faces on. When I make them again I will make the puff shell bigger so there is more room to decorate the face
