My mother received this recipe from a friend of hers many years ago, and, fortunately, she shared it with me. With Boise situated right between two large fruit-producing areas in our state, peaches are very plentiful in the summer-and who ever gets their fill of fresh peaches?

This came out wonderful. The batter seemed a little strange but turned out perfectly as soon as the peach juices were mixed in with it in the oven.

This is a really good cobbler because the crust is just perfect. I like a lot of peaches so I added a few extra. After mixing, the crust is an odd crumbly mixture and there is not enough of it to cover the top..but..in the oven some magic occurs and it spreads out and covers the whole thing. Only thing I will do different next time is add some cinnamon.I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This is a great classic--and fairly simple--peach cobbler. Had a craving for one tonight with all the fresh peaches on sale right now, and it really hit the spot! I sprinkled the top with cinnamon.

I made this last year and I wasn't too sure about the crust. It turned out really well though. Definitely a keeper.

Found when looking for a peach recipe. After tyring Iva's once I never looked further. This is delicious - everyone loves it. If only peaches were in season all year!
