This dressing was delicious and simple to make. I was hesitant to try it because other Italian salad dressings I've tried in the past weren't very good. This dressing had excellent flavor.

I was making pasta salad and had run out of dressing. I made this up with the ingredients on hand and my family found it to be wonderful!
