This recipe rounds out a meal. It's a delicious dressing that I like to keep on hand for topping a variety of salad greens.Dan Wright, San Jose, California

I'm new to making my own salad dressings, and this was delicious and SO EASY. I question the 10 servings, though. We don't use a lot of dressing, so I halved it, and it just barely dressed two individual salad bowls. Will definitely make again!

I used this to marinate some vegetables that we did on the grill when I discovered I didn't have any store-bought Italian dressing. It worked great!
