I made this recipe as well, it was quite time consuming, and in reading the initial comment, she made some changes as well. I found it to be very dry.

I just made this - it's a keeper! My friends devoured it & had seconds. I added a layer of sauteed mushrooms after the sausage layer & used chicken tenders for the 1st layer - made it quick cooking - love this dish

Made this for myself & sons ages 8 & 5 - we all loved it! Simple & easy to put together. We will make it again, even though I have no idea what makes this pie Irish besides the potatoes...
