Do you have to buy a gift for a coffee drinker? This mix is a fantastic, frugal substitution to coffee house beverages. Feel free to use chocolate or pumpkin spice pudding in place of the vanilla.Melody Sroufe, Garden Plain, Kansas

I don't like coffee, but I do like the basis of this recipe and was wondering what others think. I have been trying to come up with a white hot cocoa mix since Hershey's discontinued their Goodnite Hugs drink that mixed with water and not milk. I would use this recipe as stands with these changes - no coffee granules, either the nondairy creamer with vanilla flavoring in it (if I can find it) or a mixture of the instant vanilla and white chocolate pudding mixes. I would really appreciate opinions on this.
