“This is a great alternative to regular hot coffee and is much more economical than store-bought coffee drinks.” Sweetened condensed milk and a hint of chocolate lend a special touch. Heather Nandell - Johnston, IA

Haven't made the recipe yet, but it sounds good. I am diabetic and 41 g of carbs equals almost 3 carbs. I am allowed 4 carbs for lunch and dinner so 3 carbs is a lot for diabetics who count carbs. However I am going to try this and perhaps serve myself just half, if i can.

I have been making this recipe since last summer. The entire family and many of our guests love it. We wrote the recipe on a post-it note to hang on the door so it is quick & easy to make another batch. The only change we did to the recipe was instead of 2 cups of cold water we make it with 4 cups of cold water.

This stuff is amazing! I own a pastry company and sell this drink and it's a huge hit! Try it at your next bake sale. Like the other reviewer, I have used regular milk with 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup (mixed with the hot water) with great results. I serve it topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce and it looks amazing. Even people who don't like coffee will like this!

I absolutely love this recipe! I use skim milk which should cut down on the calories.

I fell in love with this on my first try. I use 1% chocolate milk and fat free sweetened condensed milk to lower fat and calories. Also used 1/3 c. coffee granules, not so strong in taste to suit me better. Yummy recipe!!

I love iced coffee, but hate to drink it by myself, save it for when my daughter comes to visit, sit in the sunroom and sip our delicious coffee! Yummy!!

If you don't have chocolate milk on hand you can use four cups milk with 1/2 cup chocolate milk drink mix. I mixed it with the hot water and coffee to help dissolve it first. It tasted great!

Re: Iced Coffee Latte

Very good. Better than some of the stuff you buy at fast food places. I will take this In the RV with us from now on.
