This was fast and easy. I used onion salt and chopped green onion. I cut the recipe using 1/3 of the ingredients (I used the rest of the egg to dip the fish I cooked) and it made 5 small hush puppies, just enough for 2.

All you have to do to add some pizzaz is add some finely chopped jalapenos..

These look good. Can they be baked instead of fried? At what temperature and for how long.

Easy to make...this was my first time using a deep fryer & the puppies came out perfectly. I did add a little Old Bay for seasoning.

Very easy to make, but very bland tasting. Needs seasoning.
