I discovered this little gem of a recipe in a TOH magazine one year and it has been our family's go to recipe for apple cider ever since. I cook weekly meals for a large number of Marines and Sailors stationed overseas and this is very popular with them. The best part of this recipe (besides the taste and smell) is the unbelievable ease of it. Just throw everything into an automatic percolator and you're good to go. Excellent, fuss free, and yummy. Try it; you won't be disappointed.:)
