Honeyed Cranberry Waldorf Salad Recipe
  • Prep: 15 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 celery rib, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the apple, cranberries and celery. Combine mayonnaise and honey; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until serving. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 cup) equals 319 calories, 11 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 5 mg cholesterol, 93 mg sodium, 59 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, trace protein.

Very simple and good

It is very good. I added pecans or walnuts (what ever I had on hand) and golden raisins.

YUM !  Thank you !  I just copied this down and will be makeing it very soon.  A great receipe to make and take also to a Pot Luck.  We buy the BIG bag of these Cranberries at Costco.
