Honey-Soy Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed

Directions

  • In a large skillet, melt butter. Stir in the soy sauce, honey and garlic. Add asparagus; saute until crisp-tender. Yield: 4 servings.

<p>Wow! That was good! My 3 yr old doesn't like asparagus and she ate it. I bet the sauce would be good on broccoli too. Just be careful not to overlook. I left some asparagus in the pan on warm and it shriveled.</p>
