Honey-Mustard Potato Slices Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until tender. Stir before serving. Yield: 4 servings.

Yummy! I use the thickest setting on my mandoline. I also use Ken's honey mustard dressing; love that stuff! I think mine only took about 45 mins to cook. I will definitely be making this many times again.

Love this recipe!!! Quick and easy. BUT I only bake it for 25-30 min!!!! I don't know if it's how I cut it (I use a mandolin slicer)? and Ken's dressing taste the best on it. Also taste good cold. Thanks for this yummy recipe!!
