Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  • In a blender, combine the first five ingredients. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream until smooth and creamy. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 148 calories, 14 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 7 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.

This is very tasty. I looked at all of the honey mustard dressing and this one fit right in with the diet I'm on and there wasn't any extra sugar added. I also used canola oil and Trader Joe's whole Grain dijon mustard.

Very good! Made with canola oil rather than veg oil.
