I received this recipe from my daughter. We were having guests for dinner one night and I thought this entree would be the perfect start in planning the menu.

Nutritional Facts 5 ounces cooked pork equals 298 calories, 8 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 95 mg cholesterol, 373 mg sodium, 21 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 34 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 5 lean meat, 1-1/2 starch, 1/2 fat.
