The flavors seem to conflict - the lamb with the tangy mustard sauce. But I can see this same recipe being great with pork chops. I broiled first set with the sauce from this recipe, then ended up doing the second batch just simply seasoned.

I used pork chops and the flavor was great on them. They didn't get as pretty and caramelized as in the picture, but they were yummy nonetheless. My husband loved them too! I used Grey Poupon Dijon mustard. Super easy to prepare.
