Honey-Dijon Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Place chicken in an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish. Combine remaining
ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or
until juices run clear, turning and basting with pan juices every 15 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.
