Honey Citrus Glazed Halibut Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ounces honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 16 ounces halibut fillets, 4-4 ounces fillets

Directions

  • Preheat broiler.
  • In small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, honey, basil, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
  • Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  • Place fish on broiler pan.
  • Brush fish with glaze.
  • Cook 5-inch from heat for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

This was very flavorful and easy; next time I would marinate the fish in the OJ mix for about 30 minutes. I grilled instead of broiled.
