This is delicious! We doubled the sauce as recommended by other reviewers and found it to be very tasty. We plan on adding some cashews the next time.

What an EASY stir-fry recipe that is just as tasty (if not more) than something from a restaurant. This was a huge hit in our house!

We are currently in Japan and didn't have the vegetables on hand that were listed, nor did we have the cornstarch. We did not add the cornstarch and water and used our own assortment of fresh produce and it was still very tasty!
