"I'm a new mom, and my schedule if very dependent upon our young son," relates Caroline Sperry from Shelby, Michigan. "So I like meals that can be ready in as little time as possible. This all-in-one stir-fry with a hint of sweetness from honey is a big time-saver."

I had no low sodium soya sauce so only used 1 tbsp regular soya sauce and no salt. I used fresh veggies, added 1/4 tsp of dried red hot pepper flakes.I will double the sauce next time.

I did double the sauce and used fresh veggies on hand as previously suggested.

5 stars... but double the sauce.

Definitely need to at least double the sauce. The family enjoyed it.

Very Good! I did add a little more honey, soy, and garlic like previous posters had said, used frozen veggies to see how the original recipe should be. My picky daughter was leary but after tasting was very surprised she really liked it! Will definately make again!

OMG this is sooooo good!! this is my second time making it and it never fails to impress, Ive doubled the sauce per other reviewers. Instead of using water I used the extra sauce with the cornstarch, when I make this recipe again and again, I will defintely use fresh veggies.

This was a great stir-fry recipe -- cooking the chicken in with the garlic, soy sauce and honey before removing made it much more flavorful than my other stir-fry recipes. I also used fresh rather than frozen veggies(sliced carrots, celery, and broccoli), which I steamed lightly in a separate pan while cooking the chicken, then stir-fried in the chicken pan as directed. Definitely a keeper.

Delicious!! I used fresh veggies (onion, garlic, celery, green beans, carrots) and added ginger.. Also did double sauce (garlic, soy, honey). I ended up running out of soy sauce when I doubled, but I used a little Worchestershire sauce to finish it, and it was still very good

This is one of our weeknight go-to recipes. It is fast and super yummy!

Reviewed on Mar. 07, 2012 by wasoongu

Nice, quick, standard weeknight fare. Fresh vegetables are always much better in stir-fry than the frozen bagged mixes. Try any combination of broccoli, red pepper, snap or snow peas, julienned carrots, celery or shelled edamame.

This was delicious. I doubled the sauce, used fresh produce, and left out the cornstarch and water, and everyone, including my three picky children, loved it.

Absolutely love this recipe!! Have made it several times and can't get enough of it. So easy! Because I haven't done much freezer cooking, could you freeze the chicken & veggies mixture (after it's all cooked up) to pull out and heat up for another day?

Im 15 years old and my grandma doesnt really allow me to cook, but tonight she let me and it was sooo easy to cook. Not messy or to many ingredients. Fast and simple.

I love this recipe! I had cooked chicken to use up so I sauteed the vegetables in olive oil, added the chicken and then poured the sauce over everything. It worked great! Personally I would use equal parts of honey and soy sauce because I think it is plenty sweet. I also cut up fresh vegetables to use instead of frozen. Delicious!

Excellent recipe, I wish I had read the reviews before I made it then I could have doubled the sauce. A keeper. :)

I make this recipe probably twice a month! It's EXCELLENT. I've made a few changes to it though -- As others have stated, I double the garlic, honey & soy sauce. I also like to add 2 TBS of sesame seeds & 1 TSP of sesame seed oil to the chicken when I'm sauteing it. I prefer to use fresh veggies (bell peppers, onions, broccoli, snap peas & mushrooms). It takes like 7-8 minutes to stir fry them over frozen. I've used frozen before too and they're just as good! Seriously -- you won't be disappointed with this!!

What an EASY stir-fry recipe that is just as tasty (if not more) than something from a restaurant. This was a huge hit in our house!

We are currently in Japan and didn't have the vegetables on hand that were listed, nor did we have the cornstarch. We did not add the cornstarch and water and used our own assortment of fresh produce and it was still very tasty!
