For sipping with breakfast or as a snack, this thick, smooth and creamy milk shake is a "honey" of a treat that requires only four ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 2-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

In a blender, combine the ice cream, berries, milk and honey; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Yield: 4 servings.
